How the Programme Works
The Zero Cost Migration Programme is designed as a structured, rapid deployment model that offers a zero-cost upfront migration service, to establish WorkAxle.
To qualify for this exclusive initiative, participating organisations must meet the following baseline structural characteristics:
Organisational Size: Between 250 and 1,000 scheduled or rostered employees.
Legacy Systems Eligible: Current WFM environments utilizing Kronos WFC, UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, RosterOn/Allocate, Preceda/Dayforce, Tanda, or Humanforce.
Industrial Scope: Workplace arrangements must be covered by no more than two Industrial Awards and no more than four Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
Modernisation Framework: Migration constitutes a direct, clean transition of existing workplace arrangements and does not include the development of new business rules or modified employee conditions.
Commercial Commitment: A 3-year minimum commitment to WorkAxle Software (SaaS) licenses, with licensing payable annually on the contract anniversary.
Guaranteed Rapid 20-Week Time-to-Value

Programme Availability and Enrolment Period
The Zero Cost Migration offer is an exclusive incentive program. Participating Australian Organisations must enter into an agreement before 30 October 2026, and fully complete their structured migration to WorkAxle prior to 31 March 2027.
